McCauley AC12is a high-quality two-way full-range loudspeaker with a compact enclosure and powerful sound pressure output. It delivers excellent tonal quality and clear vocal reproduction, even at a maximum SPL of 123dB at 1 meter. This compact speaker features a 12-inch (75mm) woofer and a 1.75-inch (44mm) tweeter, capable of handling 400 watts of power, delivering surprisingly powerful and dynamic impact. The AC12 can be used in either vertical or horizontal orientation. Its 90° × 70° constant-directivity horn ensures even high-frequency coverage that adapts well to the speaker's placement. When mounted close to walls or ceilings, the optimally designed bass reflex port in the compact trapezoidal enclosure allows the AC12 to produce impressive low-frequency response without the need for additional subwoofers. The enclosure is constructed from 15mm multi-ply composite plywood, and is equipped with M8 threaded inserts for rigging and installation using eyebolts
